Valentina Cruz and Sebastián Lozano met at university and shared the same frustration: too many Cali renovations were built without an architect and too many beautiful designs never got built properly.
UrbanCraft was their solution: a company where the architect and the builder work together from day one. The result is better designs, fewer surprises and faster delivery.
Eight years on, UrbanCraft has 280+ projects in its portfolio and is the design-build firm of reference in Granada, Ciudad Jardín and Cali's most desirable neighborhoods.
